When you use our service, you may provide public restaurant profile details (such as restaurant name, cuisine, website URL, menu links, and campaign descriptions).
- No Account Required: We do not ask for or store passwords, credit cards, or personal financial accounts.
- No Guest or Subscriber Lists: We do NOT collect, upload, or process your diners' email addresses, contact lists, or CRM records.
- Transient Generation: Restaurant data submitted for email generation is processed in-memory to produce your output and is not permanently stored or sold.
3. AI Service Provider Processing
To generate tailored email marketing copy, the text you enter into the generator (such as restaurant name and occasion details) is securely sent to our server and processed by our AI service provider. This data is processed solely for generating the requested email text and is governed by applicable API security standards.
4. Abuse Prevention & Rate Limiting
To protect our server infrastructure from automated scraping or abuse, we maintain temporary, anonymized rate-limiting counters based on client IP addresses. These counts automatically expire daily.
